Wesley and his wife Brittany Dillard are the Visionaries behind D and D Fabrication Solutions LLC. (AKA. Dillard & Dillard) Wesley spent almost a decade and a half working for a large Sheet Metal company starting right out of highschool.  Wesley decided that he really enjoyed designing and working in ornamental, architectural and custom metal fabrication more than he did sheet metal work. So as the story goes, Wesley and Brittany decided to chase the American dream by starting they own company in the fall of 2018. With the encouragement and help of close friends and Family they embarked on this journey. Actually over half of the employees at D and D are literally family members. Brittany and Wesley have 2 children Jace Born in 2020 and Paisley that is 8 years old.
